Upcoming Litters
At Rainyday we generally breed 2-3 litters in a calendar year. All dogs used in our breeding program are OFA'd, have their eyes cleared yearly by qualified ophthalmologists (usually Dr. Munger of Dallas) and are of sound mind and body. We breed primarily for ourselves, and reservations are highly suggested for each litter. We are very careful about our puppy placements. Please feel free to contact us to discuss a potential puppy, and to learn how our puppies are raised.
Please remember: Rainyday puppies are available to approved homes only. Do not be offended if we ask a great number of questions about your home and lifestyle; we are simply trying to ascertain whether or not a Rainyday puppy will be a good match for you. All puppies are sold with a complete contract and are guaranteed against hereditary defects. Pet and most performance puppies are sold on limited registration and must be spayed/neutered at sexual maturity.
2008
1.) AKC/ASCA CH Rainyday's U Made Me Love U has been bred for a litter due the first week of September. Patsy is OFA Good, eye cleared yearly, with full dentition and a scissors bite. Patsy belongs to Sheila Hall (Peppertree) but returned to Rainyday for one litter. She was bred to the lovely AKC/ASCA CH Rainyday's Perro Rojo. Perro is OFA Good, eye cleared yearly with full dentition and a scissors bite. In very limited litters, Perro is the sire of multiple champions, including our very own AKC/ASCA CH Rainyday's Time After Time. He also has multiple puppies with titles in agility and herding. Puppies from Patsy's first litter are just hitting the ring. She already has one champion daughter and 2 major pointed puppies. This should be an athletic, intelligent cross. Reservations have begun and are highly recommended.

Two lovely Spark (AKC/ASCA CH Rainyday's I'm On Fire HT ASCA HOF Sire) daughters are expecting May litters.
Our AKC/ASCA CH Pacific's Sweet Victorie AKC/ASCA CD NA NAJ RS-O JS-N GS-N is in CA to have a litter sired by AKC/ASCA CH Woodstock's Forever in Blue Jeans PT. This should be a litter of intelligent, athletic puppies and preference will be given to competitive performance homes. All four colors possible. Please contact Linda Buell of Woodstock Australian Shepherds for information on Toria's upcoming litter. Reservations have already begun on this exciting litter.
Pacific Australian Shepherds is pleased to announce that AKC/ASCA CH Scarlet O' Hara has been bred to ASCA CH Crofton Hide and Seek GS-N JS-N RS-N DNA-VP. This litter offers solid temperament, structure, movement, breed type and versatility. All four colors possible. Reservations have already begun. Contact Deborah Hendrickson.
